Oar Wrapping Services in the East?

Hey everyone!
I have some new Cataract Oars that I opted to go with the plastic sleeves initially. I have decided I really like the rope wrap on the oars as there's much less noise while fishing. It's not economical to ship these oars to have them wrapped and after perusing this site and others for DIY rope wrapping advice I've decided I'd rather have a pro wrap these. Does anyone know any retailers in VA, PA, MD, WV that offer these services?

Thanks in advance.

I've seen a set of oars made by Jim Snyder, they were wrapped by him. I doubt he'd do your cataracts, but doesn't hurt to ask.

Why not wrap them yourself? All it takes is rope and contact cement. I wrap all of mine and use webbing rather than rope and it's much quieter for fishing and smoother too.
