Need to replace the fabric portion of my Bimini...

Just curious if anyone here can recommend a company in Denver that can make me a new Bimini cover for a reasonable price? The raft I bought came with one, but it got shredded during transport and was in need of replacement anyways. Since the raft frame was designed to mount this specific bimini frame I'd rather replace the fabric then buy a whole new bimini. Hoping to get it done in Denver. Its getting into the season where I'm gonna want some shade so hoping to get it done reasonable soon.

Thanks a bunch.

Hey man have you already determined that the stock replacements won't work? There are many available and they usually have some playi the middle sleeve to accomadate different pole placements. I just rigged mine from my raft to my cat yesterday. You'll see it soon when we meet at Deerlodge!

I've definitely looked into off the shelf ones but I haven't seen anything that is exactly like this one. Knowing the previous owner, he might have made the fabric part himself from scratch (he certainly has the ability). Here is the only picture I can find of it setup on the raft...

All of the off the shelf ones I see don't come down and protect your back like that. I know he slept on his raft and had it setup so the bimini acted as rain protection at night too...hence the rolled up fabric you can see in the picture.

Looking a little harder, it almost seems like he used a 3 bow fabric and put the middle bow sleeve in the rear and let the rest hang down. Hard to say though. I have a friend with a sewing machine and we are gonna try and decipher it and see if we can make a new one.

If you bought your boat from Ray, talk to him, he can sew anything big or small.

I know and I might do that...but was hoping to have it done in the front range. Salida is a 3 hour drive each way for me and unless he still has the measurements in a file somewhere I'd have to make at least two trips (one to drop it off and one to pick it up).

I do plan on calling him to pick his brain about how it was set up though.

Zach is taking it up to Ray at TuffRiverStuff and he's gonna make a new one for me. He made/put it together originally and I'm sure he'll do a great job.

I realize the ebay ones are cheap, but with how the setup works on mine its a bit weird (in a good way) so I'd prefer to have it done custom at this point.

If Ray can get right on it, I can bring it back to Denver for you on Tuesday. I'll be leaving Salida late morning.
