14' Otter, Juanita because San Juan was her 1st trip,
12' Otter, Sweet Emotion,
12' Old military boat, Grey Boats Matter.

No names on boats yet. Seen plenty of sharpie action out there.

Mine are Green Machine and Dandelion Wine.

I was thinking about painting their names on but didn't want to screw it up. I would get it stenciled, or even pay to have it done.

They are Urethane coated Maravias. Has anyone had any success with painting them?

Hi Dr Andy,

We can paint your names on right here at the shop! Just let us know.

Our 14' Maxxon is the Huey Monster, named for our water-averse beagle. The thinking was that this would make it less likely for us to flip. It may not have worked given that we flipped on the Main Salmon on its second season...

My Avon is not named but my Achilles is the queen Ann's revenge. It was historically black beards boat but I figured nothing but drunken pirates are getting on this boat too.

We used to call my circa 1980 Campways bucket boat the Blue Noodle.

I just used black sharpie. It comes off/fades but it's nice to go back over it occasionally.

Some of my boats have names. I too use a sharpie to keep the names on them, with the exception of my power boat, Blue Dream. The first Avon we bought was named Old Grey Mare by my niece. A boat we bought from AW is named Grey Eagle, because it came with a drawing of an eagle on the front. Our green Mini Mee is called the pickle. The 16' Avon in my Avatar is named Marge. Large Marge the river barge. Some boats like the Vanguard and Revolution never did get named. Too many boats.....not enough name calling I guess.....
