MTI Headwater PFD

Cascade Outfitters has these on sale for $120 which seems to be a good price for a high flotation PFD. I am looking to replace my Extrasport Hi-Float, and would buy another, but I can't find it anymore. Wondering if anyone has tried the MTI and what they like or don't like about it. The knife lash tab looks like it might be in an awkward location.

Hmm. That looks very different than the one I have. Mine is not universally sized and has a zipper. It is the B22 model I would like to replace: Extrasport B22 PFD Life Jacket (For Men and Women) - Save 42%

Sorry for the confusion. Thanks!

MTI

This was on amazon. Looks like a great deal on the MTI Patriot rescue jacket with 26lbs of flotation....similar flotation to a hi float?

I have an MTI Big Buoy pfd. I have to pull together pretty snugly the two sides in order to get the zipper to engage. More than I'd like. The large padding gets in the way. I wouldn't know if that's the case with the Headwater pfd, too.

However, I like the pfd. It fits and floats well.
