ISO raft size help

I'm looking for some input here. I am debating between a 10.5' or 14' raft. Uses include:
fly fishing

sections such as cataract, dinosaur national monument (gates of lodore or the yampa), westwater, gunny gorge for fishing, the grand, deso, and the numbers/browns/royal gorge will be run with this boat. not a full list here but covered most of what i wanted to.

im looking at a used hyside minimax and a 2016 saturn 14' on clearance from the manufacturer. Both are roughly the same price. as of now I don't have a trailer and will be deflating either one for transport, putting any frame on top of the vehicle. the main goal of this is overnight trips and fishing. Any input from colorado boaters or those with similar uses/experience would be great.
