How to find leaks

Over the winter I'm going to overhaul my tubes and urethane them. I'll start with finding any and all leaks to include micro bubbles in the sunburnt areas. What should I use? Is there any kind of super leak detection goo that wont evaporate or thin out?

windex, makes nice easy to see bubbles...
