Help identify frame seat

I was gifted this, it looks like dual seats for a cat-frame. It's not for an NRS frame afaik. Based on the close-up of the connector, does anyone have any idea on the manufacturer? Thanks.

I believe the fittings are from Star before they sold out to NRS. I looked quickly on the interwebs and could not find the old site that they had where you could buy frames and parts.... probably usurped by the big boys from Idaho. I bet they do fit on NRS pipe though (1 1/4" nominal pipe size, or 1.66 ish OD)
