The only pic I can see makes them look like a Maravia clone. Full Urethane, even the handles look like Maravia.

I know nothing about them. How helpful am I?

I'm looking for anyone who has purchased or has an order for one !
Yes I own the same boat and would like to know how others were treated !

I'm not looking for arguments I'm looking to see if everyone is treated the same or if it's all by choice !

I was one of the many canyon customers who had to wait for 16 months when told 3 months ...... So what I'm doing is looking for an answer and possible warning to other customers waiting for an order

well there's long strings of discussion on CWI. Search for several of the name combinations and you will find folks that have specifically posted complaints on getting orders on time, complete, correct, etc. You will even find where CWI has responded to several.

That said I saw an add for Rivertech on craigslist and they look like well thought out frames. I wondered if they weren't either a CWI knockoff or directly related. Too bad somebody that knows how to run a business doesn't get a hold of CWI, they could go places. Pretty sure the boat is some form of custom urethaned maravia rubber as noted above. Sorry spider didn't read your name before referring you to yourself Silly iron workers.

surely, I jumped on with OB1 for his 3 day smith run last week. Super Fun! I have to raise my dad's fireplace this weekend. Maybe next weekend on the Big Hole or something. Ski seasons over so everything gets easier for me.

Yea it's an amazing raft and yes the frame is canyon built and the Maravia raft is covered in urathene ! But they have the worst customer service ever !!

I have 15 months of text messages from James at canyon about building me a cataraft that never produced. Then all of a sudden he asked if I wanted a raft and showede the river tech and I took it so I could get out of the canyon whitewater inflatables crazy world !!!

Looks like canyon is building in a small town outside of coosbay and has currently shut down there website saying they have to many orders.

Where are all of these orders at and why are people selling canyon Fred on Craigslist and not selling for over 9 months ????

I wondered about them after reading all the whore stories !!

If anyone wants to speak with me about my issues with canyon or Rivertech message me I would be glad to show you how pathetic and in responsive they are to the paying customer

They work out of a garage and run most of the company out of James wife name he has no address because he is ashamed about producing 1 frame a month maybe and if he tells you he had to finish the GOVERNMENT ordered frames first. It's a crock of bulls*it
