Extended Anchor mast

I just upgraded my anchor to one of the ones High Country Boats in Banner Elk, NC sells.

Its rubbing the boat, rubs even more when set up to be pullied.

I can gain about an inch before the frame is off the protective layer of black on top of the tubes, so i need to have a new anchor mast, probably about 4-6" longer than the standard NRS mast.

Does anyone sell something like this that can be used to replace the NRS mast? I understand I may have to buy another pulley to redirect the rope.
I guess I could sacrifice the current mast and build a new one with a new section of tupe, but imagine that would cost over $100 so I would love to just buy the part.

Thanks from NC

I would calls NRS and see it they will sell you one of the coupler pieces that they use on their break down side rails and a short piece of pipe. Schedule 40 aluminum electrical conduit will work as well. Just bolt on the extension or have a welding shop cut it and weld in a section of pipe.

If they aren't able to do this for you, I could fab you one up. I've made mine and my buddy's like this:

I'm about 1:15 north of Asheville. Not sure if that would be convenient to you or not. Anyway...I'm not a certified welder or anything so I wouldn't charge you much. Shoot me a message if you want to talk details.

Just so you don't think I'm ignoring you, I haven't received any PMs and I made sure my box wasn't full.
