Does anyone know what "S&C pick up" means?

I'm trying to trade my 14 trib for a 16. In the comments someone added "S&C pick up". Does anyone know what that means? I hope I'm not being too stupid or that it is embarrasing, but its driving me nuts.

You could just send the guy a personal message and ask.

Tried that. It's partly why I'm going crazy. judging by his post history, he is not on the buzz that often.

Hey that is a good guess. And it ends well for me. Maybe...

I'm glad to know that it is not super obvious and I missed it. Thanks
