Alpacka Rafts

Gday All
First post here and love the forum.Im mainly into sea kayaking but have recently got involved with a bit of whitewater and have purchased an old Prijon Rokit to get me started. We dont see too many personal rafts here in Australia but I saw some people using Alpackers recently and they looked great. With their light weight etc do they hold up to normal river wear and tear and what sought of life span would they expect?

Alpacka Rafts are great. Super light weight but still burley. I have heard of these boats lasting many many trips. But it all depends on how much use you plan to put in it. They can run the shit and still roll up super compact. They hold up pretty good on the river, you would be surprised. Definitely worth looking into if packing in to remote areas and paddling is your thing. Will never replace a hard shell boat though.
