303 brittle PVC?

I have a sunburnt and brittle AIRE Puma and wanted to know the best way to extend the life of it. If I 303 the brittle PVC, will that soften it up and increase its pliability, or the opposite? I hate to roll it for the winter, but, I really dont have a choice as I store my boat in an enclosed trailer.

Anybody have any recommendations for keeping this boat a few more years? Is the brittle PVC patchable, or at least paintable with a urethane paint like system 6?

thanks for the help, I have attached a few pictures of the problem areas where it got burnt really bad and is cracking.

That looks more like a cold crack to me since the fabric doesn't seem to be faded.

I don't think 303 will add life back to PVC and I'd be very carefully with NRS boat cleaner it left white streaky marks on my boat that won't go away.

I started a thread on a similar issue, here's a link.
