Rogue Rainie Falls

Flow is 1400 cfs at Galice, is this a good level to run the main falls? I’m in a 14’ cat.
Thanks, Felix

I am seeing flows closer to 1800 cfs on AW. I was down there earlier this month at about 1800 cfs and we had one cat take the middle chute and 6 rafts ran the main falls. We had one swimmer(but he swims a lot so...) all the boats came out right side up. I would say at this flow either take the middle chute or the main falls. The fish ladder was really low and watching another group line their boats down did not look like fun.

3500 is ideal but it will go at any level if you understand what the water is saying.

We got out of our boat and looked at it and ran the damn thing straight thru and right side up. Thanks for the helpful comments, and yours too Griz.

Trip was swell; running Rainy with my bro was a highlight for sure. But catching those steelhead at Winkle Bar while Zane sat drinking coffee on the porch was sure a fine moment too. Hat's off to the Boyz of November!
