Middle/Main Salmon Spots

My wife and I have an August 23 Middle Fork and an August 30 Main Salmon permit. We had some folks have to cancel so we have a few spots open.

We'd like to add a few buzzards to the trip, hopefully from the PNW.

We mostly have folks from the Spokane and Boise area and range in age from 25-65. We have people that have done dozens of Salmon trips and some newbies. We are a pretty relaxed group and enjoy having fun, but we need our beauty sleep! We will be doing seven days on each leg and be swapping some folks at Corn Creek.

We have all of the needed group gear, have a couple EMTs and a few folks with 20+ years of experience.

We just need some fun folks! We don't have a musician or a chef on the crew yet!

So, if you are interested, send us a PM telling us what experiences/skills you can bring to make the trip even better. Think of this as a fun contest. We are interested in folks that can do partial/full trips.

We will give more detailed information about the trip/crew after receiving your application. Humor, great story telling and general smart assery may inrease your chances of joining the trip.

Let's go boatin!

I was just informed by my wife that we shouldn't be limiting our search for prospective boaters to the PNW. As she stated so eloquently, "They have rivers in the Southwest don't they? Wouldn't it be nice to run some down there sometime"?

So, if you are a banjo-pickin, smart ass chef and you would like to run some silt free rivers in God's country, drop us a line!!

I am new to this board, so it looks like I cannot send a PM. If you are still looking for trip members, please email me at utahgreg7 at gmail dot com. Thanks

Wish I could join you on the MFS. We are launching on the main Aug 31... maybe we will see you on the big river. That would be an epic way to spend 2 weeks.

Wish I could join you. Kids starting school and work is nuts.
Have an amazing trip and thanks for thinking of your fellow Buzzards!
