Tips for loading an NRS Fat Cat frame?

Looking for tips on loading gear into an NRS Fat Cat frame for a 5-day San Juan trip in September. Only done daytrips so far. We've already got a cooler between the front yolk and the crossbar and would have to move the rear seat pretty far forward to fit the kitchen drybox behind the rear seat. I can't picture the drybox going anywhere else.

Pics of your setup would be awesome!

Get some drop bags of some type for your spaces. Make yourself some side boards. I have drilled lashing holes in the boards to tie to. Be careful that you don't overload the boat at that time of the year. The SJ is already low.
