Texas Creek put-in?

On the map: AHRA: Cooperative Management Area & Land Ownership Maps

there is a paddle icon at Texas Creek, but last time I was there (2 yrs ago?) there was not an actual launch site. Anyone know if you can launch a raft there?

Thanks

You have to cross the bridge and the public put in is right next to the bridge on the upstream side. It is very small and primitive. Parking i believe is on the down steam side of the bridge on the right. Pretty sure this is right.

I'm not sure about parking but was down there last weekend. The launch is the same one in use several years ago on the north side of the river. The railroad quit letting folks use it a couple of years ago and AHRA recently negotiated an agreement with them to resume use. It's now an official boat ramp again.
