Rafting the West website down

So the rafting the west website was a huge help for me on planning camp selection on my first main salmon. There was a ton of great info on there as far as camps go. now none of the camp pictures are coming up. I found where it said they are aware that the site is down but are working on a new site.. Does anyone have any information on the new site.

His other site Whitewater Rafting Campsites | Resources for Planning Rafting Trips has also been “totally broken; no campsite photos are visible” since September, 2016.

How Much Information Is ‘Too Much Information’?

In some ways, I feel that if the website was never restored, it wouldn’t be all that bad either. I honestly believe the website has resulted in certain campsites becoming overused and abused.

I just looked at the Rafting The West website and it's working just fine. I've checked it several times over the winter and never had a problem with it. Not sure what you're talking about.

Oops....my bad. It only looks like it's working, but the campsite photos don't work. Some of the other info & pictures are working. Bummer. I wanted to see the Stillwater Canyon camp pics for an upcoming trip.

I emailed him and this was his response..

I'm working to get the new version of the site up ASAP, but part of what makes the new version better is that I'm curating all the photos (touch up, cropping, throwing out the trash, etc.) and that takes time. *

I've attached a couple screenshots of the new site FYI.* I've only curated the first 70 GC campsites so far. (I have photos of them all.) *Any feedback would be appreciated.

Wow, that's big job. No wonder it's taking awhile.
