caught this on the bbc.

There are great rivers in Kurdistan. The mountains north of Mosul between Iraq and Turkey are awe inspiring and the Kurds are great people. Hope they make it a go.

The video looks like it's shot between Erbil and Kirkuk. Very much like the front range of Colorado.
