Rafting Fear Canyon BC

Gotta love BC, unbelievable scenery up there. Will try to post up a video of rafting the box canyon of the Ashlu soon, just waiting on a clip of 50/50 that a kayaker took. Highly recommend getting up there.

Dan, more info, where is this?

Did you guys make the NF over Labor Day? I missed it, nursing injuries. It sounds like it was cat-tastic. Maybe I'll bump into you guys this winter/spring on the Wind.

No Payette this year. We really missed it though. We were planning to go there and decided to head up to BC instead and see some new rivers. Wanna try to do the vertical mile next year on the NF so let me know if you head there. Fear was fun but the box canyon of the Ashlu was definitely the highlight.

Sorry Ihowemt forgot to answer your question. Fear Canyon is above where the Elaho meets the Squamish about an hour from the town of Squamish. At high water its suppose to get really intense, but we had a pretty friendly flow.
