Pumphouse to Radium Conditions

Anyone been up to or near the Upper C lately? I am itching to get out and was wondering if Pumphouse has been plowed yet and what the status of the ice is on the river. Just looking to get out for some spring fishing.

Thanks for the Beta

Anyone have an idea on the flow? The only gauge that is working is at Shoshone and is 1200cfs....
