Ordering from Hyside - question.

According to Hyside's website a boat I am interested in is "in stock". Unfortunately I've been unable to reach anyone at Hyside (for the past week) to confirm the boat is actually in stock and available. Their website even suggests calling before placing an order to confirm. Now here is the dilemma, I have a trip planned for the middle of August and I would very much like to use the new rubber. Does anyone have any experience ordering from them? Should I wait until I confirm with the rep before purchase, or is the site accurate stating the raft is "in stock"? Thoughts?

Surprised no one has been able to be reached. Send an email to

And I bet he gets back to you. He’s probably out selling boats or making things better.
Good luck, if you don’t hear quickly, I’d go ahead and order it.

Emailed back and forth with Brandon earlier this week, he said that the office was under renovation this week and he would be returning emails and checking on boats next week.

Try Down River Equipment in Colorado, they are a Hyside dealer and the price will be the same as ordering it through Hyside direct. I went to order one through Brandon earlier in the year and he told me to get it through Down River because they didn't have any in stock at the factory. Also Down River was easy and they shipped it right to my door in Idaho within a few days.

Good Luck

Brandon got back to me and he will be back in the office Monday. He does not have a pro 13.5 but does have an outfitter 13' and a 14'. I has a friend with and pro 13.5 and its a great raft.

Thank you and everyone who went out of their way to help. Zack at Down River Equipment was also very helpful! Its looks like no boat for me this year, but live and learn and I'll be sure to pre-order next spring. Cheers
