Lower Rogue Spring flows and river character

Hey ya'all, I was wondering If anyone out there could give me some good input on the Graves to Foster run at higher flows. Im debating doing a late Mar/ early April run on it and data suggests that it could really be anywhere between 3000-30000 on the Agness (or much higher). I was kinda wondering at what points it changes drastically in character, whats fun whats not and at what point its a good idea to go do something else?? I did this section about 10 years ago in a duck at about 1500....so not really going to be applicable to this upcoming experience hahaha. Im familiar with pushy water and my comfort level is topping out around straight forward class IV. Any input guys and gals???
