it is Poudre or Cache la Poudre (powder cache). Because if no one tells you, you don't know. Not harping. Really!

By lower Poudre you mean Bridges and Filter Plant runs? I've boated Bridges as low as .9 on "The Rock" and I know people have gone lower. Filter Plant is not fun below 1.0 but that is my opinion.

Here is "MY" ELF (extremely low flow) limits, your mileage may vary.

Filter Plant - 1.5
Bridges - 0.9
Pine View (rapid) - 0.9
Poudre Park - 1.0 (SCRAPE)
Lower Mish - 1.5
Upper Mish - 1.0
Lower Narrows - (no low bar )
Middle Narrows - 1.2 (SCRAPE)

again... my opinion

You're a glutton for punishment! And that's even for a kayaker! Right now is low in most places for a raft, plus the river is going to get turned down to 1.2 this weekend and we're not sure if it's getting turned back on. You're best bet in a raft right now is Bridges, it will be low but doable. Try and get it before the levels drop.

Sorry my bad. I didn't see the raft qualifier in the question. My numbers are for plastic tubes.

My buddy has rafted Upper Mish in a Mini-Me below 1.5. Not sure if that helps or not.

I have been forced against my will to raft from Stevens Down at .8' one time, and Pineview/Bridges at .6' far too many times. I've heard tale of a .4' commercial Pineview/Bridges expedition, but that was from questionable sources.

The whole run is surprisingly possible at .8' in a light raft if you know where to be. However, 1.5' is the generally accepted "fun" minimum for private rafters for Pineview/Bridges. I would personally recommend flows closer to 2' for Upper/Lower Mish.

I've rafted Stevens to BTO several times at 1 foot in my 10' raft with a frame. A lot of work but fun in early spring/late summer.
