Low Water Lochsa

Hey folks, was looking into the feasibility of a Lochsa float on July 28. Lots of segments to choose from but since it is at 1280 cfs right now I figured I would check to see if any section of the river between Powell and Lowell was worth it at that level (which will likely be even lower by the 28th) or if I should pick an alternative. Thanks!!

I haven't done late low water, but I have done Mar-April early low water.

I don't know that I'd head over and run it at low water when everything else is running, but if I were in the area, I'd make a run just to see it. Drove past last week when we were driving back from Riggins (1100cfs). It looks like it would be very bony in a raft, but could be a lot of fun in a kayak or ducky.

I don't think you'll see 1280 again unless it rains.
