Latest launch on Yampa, historically

Due to job, can't get out of town until second week of June. Is there any point applying for a Yampa permit that late?

USGS Surface Water data for Colorado: USGS Surface-Water Daily Statistics

Spend some time plugging in different years and look at the daily average cfs. We launched with 12,000 in July a few years back. Lots of ducky trips in late summer on average years.
So, since I want to go, the answer to your question is no, there is no point in you (or anyone else) applying for a permit in late June.

Second week of June is not that late. All depends on snowpack that almost completely happens after permit application deadline. Pray for snow and invite me if you win?
