I think the Ark will still do ok this season. Fremont Pass is looking excellent with over 100% of average snowpack before this storm. Independence was around 90% and Monarch pass was closer to 80%. Sangre's were really dry still, and the lack of low elevation snows this winter means the soil is really dry and it will take more snow to saturate the water table than usual, but the reservoir storage is also quite good.... so I'm thinking we might still see a peak over 2000 cfs (in Browns Canyon) so long as March isn't hot and dry.

Snowing in Upper Colorado watershed, to. We finally got to 101% locally, the other day!

Here's to eternal optimism, and a decent season on the Ark!!

P.S,
Parkdale section a couple weeks ago was awesome! Ice free, water was low, but down into that low water chanell, and moving along nicely. Downstream breeze.
Had to stop at the old cotton wood log for a while, so the trip wouldn't go by way too fast!
