AAA inflatables in Denver is a reliable source I have worked directly with for baffle and I beam repair. Plan on spending $800-1000 depending on the extent of the damage. They are not cheap but have good turn around time and stand behind their work. It takes a lot of sniffing glue for that repair.

I went to Zach at White water Inflatable Repair in Sheridan (denver-ish) for an I-beam repair - he did a great job, and it was a little less than $500. But it definitely depends on the size of the failure.

Brad ran Phoenix Repair in junction. Might be your closest bet if he is still in business. Ill look around for his number and post it up if I find it.

Phoenix is still around, he runs a Facebook group and posts on Craigslist regularly.

Might check with Dennis @ Stitches n Stuff south of Durango. They did a great repair job for me a few years back.

D-9 at stitches and stuff.
He's in Ariboles, and has done more boat repairs than anyone.
