DRE Oar Tower Base??

Do they make one that will fit on the NRS tube (1-5/8")? All they list is a 1.5" and 1.25" for the base fitting.

Thanks
Chris

They make them the same size as the NRS tubes- Have 'em on my Cat You're probably getting tripped up in the OD/ID size thing- There are two sizes and the small ones will work on NRS

NRS uses 1 1/4" pipe. OD = 1 5/8"

Thanks.

The confusion came from the ID of the 1-5/8 not being a true 1.25 (It is actually just under 1-3/8").

I already have the speed rail 90 fitting and it looks like I will have to buy both parts if I go with DRE. AAA makes one out of the 1.25", is there any disavantage with the 1.25" vs the 1.5" (I know it is wider / bigger thus stronger, but is it over kill or does it really matter)

Thanks
Chris

Is this for a raft or a cat? Less important on a raft- unless you're really gonna max out your load.... even then I believe the smaller tubing is gonna hold more crap than you'd ever want to load/unload. My cat frame is 1 1/4" and it's so damned bomber it's ridiculous.

Thanks for the info.

Ended up returning the DRE 1.5" and getting AAA 1.25"
