I did two trips earlier this year in February and Hades definitely didn't have any sun hitting by the time we saw it at Upper Little D and Little Hole. The snow was melted on both of the above but Hades still had snow. Maybe that changes as the days get longer, but Hades sure looked like a frosty camp to me. It also looses sun at like 2pm, so it gets cold quick.
Both Upper Little D and Little Hole had sun by 9am in February... probably took a bit longer for it to hit lower Little D. I bet Miner's Cabin would have it even earlier but I don't know for sure. I bet Bighorn would be nice too if you were willing to run rapids then camp. Low water plus a sometimes late start due to it being hard to rise early at the put in makes that less desirable for me but I do really like that camp.
