Abrasion repair on Aire 143R

Put some abrasions on my aire raft. All damage is cosmetic I was just wondering if anyone had any ways to fix this.

I did the same thing. Either bobbing against a rock in an eddy or strap hum.

Aquaseal if you don't mind seeing it/being reminded... otherwise just patch and forget.

I have the exact boat in the exact color, and have a few of those character lines as well after 15 years and several thousand river miles. Sadly, most of the damage has been from transport on the trailer rather than from anything that happened on a river. With Aires it is all cosmetic on the outer hull anyway, but I've done the Aquaseal thing on a couple of them just because they kind of bug me. I might have to try that green sharpie idea!

And look what I found in my office - the old girl is gonna look brand new once I've re-surfaced the hull with sharpie!

Bought my Trib 13.0 7 or 8 years ago and it had an abrasion from the previous owner hauling it on a trailer without a fender. Got the boat for $1,700.

Still have that abrasion. People ask me what happened. I always have to think about it, as I've forgotten every time. Aires don't care.
