4Rivers Non-Confirmation Releases

I'm curious if anyone has any information about the timing of the release of the 4Rivers permits that haven't been confirmed tomorrow. Is it similair to the Dino release that occurred March 6th, where a lot of permits hit the internet at 8am +/- a few seconds? Or is it randomly throughout the day?

I can't find any information from Rec.gov except the randomly throughout the day spiel, but that certainly wasn't the case with the Dino permits that were also through Rec.gov.

Just another boater who missed in the lottery and looking to pick up a cancellation. Thanks for any replies!

The Dino permits specifically said they would be released at 8 AM MST. The 4 rivers says they will be released randomly so I take them at their word that they will be released randomly.

I'm curious as well. I could devote more time to this last year, but even still, I felt like I saw lots of openings last year. I've refreshed hundreds of times today and have never seen anything.

I installed an 'auto reloader' type extension that refreshed a 2 week period in three windows (so 6 weeks total) every 30 seconds never once saw a blue A starting off and on after midnight. robbery I say!

There was a Main Salmon permit available for a few minutes about a half hour ago for Sept 5, so there are for sure permits being made available today. Unfortunately it didn't work with my schedule.

Yeah it seemed different this year. All the spots I saw posted this year were released all at once. Similar to the preseason permits and Dino cancellations. Last year I remember seeing a few Selway pop up later in the day really not all that random this year though.

Selway permits

They were posted in the middle of the night and wouldn't allow reservation until 10:00 EST. Went back to snag it 15 minutes before the time and the July 19th launch was gone already. 2 others were still locked down until the time, but the one I was after was gone. Was super pissed.
