Lower Salmon flow beta

I have heard that the rapid called the Slide on the Lower Salmon in Idaho gets wicked at a certain flow ... which the BLM says is 20,000cfs and higher, although they admit they themselves have never seen it at that flow, just rumor. My question: Does anyone know at what flow the Slide becomes out of control? And any good info on this run would be appreciated, thanks!

Slide is a pinch spot in the river it gets very big at high water. Run it at your risk high chance of flipping but if that doesn't bother you go for it.
