Canvas cover maintenance

I bought a canvas raft cover last year from Montana Canvas in Bozeman. It’s been last then a year and I’m noticing bubbeling/blistering in several spots. The boat/cover has one summer of use and both are being stored inside a heated garage for the winter. Is this normal? Any tips for cleaning and prolonging the life of the cover?

I'd probably call em up and ask them about it. Never owned one before, but at least with rafts, if that type of problem starts, it just continues to get worse.

At least with my business, if something I built for somebody was starting to fail, I would want to know about it, so that I could make sure it's right, and keep a good reputation with my customers.
We can't always agree, but we can still be civil to each other.
