Dear Customers,

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously and to do all we can to help one another safely in this unprecedented moment. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, on March 20th we closed our doors to walk-in customers and until we are assured that it is safe to open them, they will stay closed.

We value everyone as customers, and are excited to continue our relationship. Our doors may be locked but Riverboat Works employees are continuing to provide you with our services, while practicing social distancing from one another:

1. Our retail store will be handled off site but customers that need to make purchases can still do so, online and through phone orders. Items from our retail store will be shipped out immediately after ordered, or we can arrange a curbside pick-up while practicing recommended distancing. Please visit our website at www.riverboatworks.com to place online orders or give us a call at 719-539-9323 to place a phone order or if you have questions on gear.
2. Frame manufacturing services will continue as well, we have established a day and night shift to practice distancing between employees. We are committed to finishing all frame packages already ordered on time and are able to take on any other orders customers have. Give us a call at 719-539-9323 or email us at info@riverboatworks.com and we can discuss what you are looking for in a raft and frame package.

We are always updating our Instagram and website with new inspirations. When you have a minute I would encourage you to take a peek. If you see any opportunities for new projects- I would love to connect with you, and answer any questions you may have.

We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.

Thanks and keep safe,

Riverboat Works
