classified ad subscriptions

It stopped working several months ago. I used to get notified of new ad postings. Under active subscriptions is never shows anything.

Under the listings, it says my only action is to "unsubscribe from category" but I don't receive any updates.


Anyone have insight into what's going on?

Same email address for the past decade...here's some more info:

* Confirmed it's not going into any of my spam folders
* I'm getting notified of private messages
* I did unsubscribe from the periodic new "update email" that was being sent out
* I don't get notified of any of my subscribed forums but do for most the of the threads I start or am involved with.
* I don't get notified of activity on my own classified ads.

Thanks for reporting this. I'll try taking a look around in the back end of the site to see if anything is out of place. Please let us know if you notice any change or improvement.

Erik - still no luck in getting notifications for classified. Also had a big issue getting notified on one of my own posts to the classified section. They even said they PM'd me and there was no record of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same problem. I've communicated with the tech folks for the site a few times, but there's been no fix to date.
