Buzz vs project

For years I've been going on Mountain buzz looking at the same few pics recycled every few months.seems to me like it is a little bit behind compared to the Mountain projectwebsite that has all the information for climbing at your fingertips. I was curious to know if anyone else thought this website was like 50 cents career.that's a joke by the way 50 cent is bankrupt.what are your thoughts how can we make this website what it should be instead of what it is "how to build a raft frame".com.

Stop bitching and start posting the good stuff like pics, trip, and gear reports???

Engage in dialog, as Plato would say.

The Buzz is what the users make of it. Its 100% our site. Owned by us trolls. Be the change to you want! Just saying..

Well said, I couldn't agree more.

mountainbuzz is not one stop shopping like mountainproject. It's mainly for forums and gear swap. I've liked riverbrain as a site for collecting data about runs. The reality is the climbing community is huge compared to the boating community so the online contributions are less.

Let the Buzz be, kinda like telling your girl she's not as hot as another.

I don't think many in the whitewater world wants a resource that puts all the information about rivers "at your fingertips" there as many ways to enjoy each stream as there are paddlers. Most enjoy the hunt of information and understand there are just far too many variables ever changing to dial it all in on a website.

I have also not contribute anything to this website and think it sucks. I still go on it every day But it could be so much better....like 50's career.

In actuality i have been invited on two Grand Canyon Trips with folks I had never met before had the best times of my life and met some awesome people. I have connected with folks in my home town and have got a lot of helpful information on this website and appreciate it very much. I guess theres always room for improvement or if it ain't broke don't fix it....50 bankrupt??really
