I have a hard time picturing you as a high-achieving super goal setting uni-polar manic, when you have Homer in a tube as your avatar.

Why do they only positively judge "goal setting" as achieving financial success? What about running rivers, and skiing rad lines, and climbing huge mountains? No, we're just weird, they're "successful". Personally, I prefer weird. Given that, I suppose you fit in the manic world too, you super-tuber!

Thanks for that test! 56 not a good golf score for sure.

"You appear to be severely manic from your responses to this self-report questionnaire. You should not take this as a diagnosis of any sort, or a recommendation for treatment. However, it would be advisable and likely beneficial for you to seek further diagnosis from a trained mental health professional immediately."

and thats why i self prescribe.

This is my favorite part:

Goldberg Mania Quiz

by Ivan Goldberg, M.D.
Use this brief, time-saving questionnaire to help you determine
if you may need to see a [whitewater river] for diagnosis
and treatment of mania or manic-depression or bipolar disorder,
or for tracking your mania on a regular basis.
Instructions: You can use this quiz on a weekly basis to track your moods. It also might be used to show your [rafting buddies] how your symptoms have changed from one [river] to the next. Changes of five or more points are significant. This scale is not designed to make a diagnosis of mania or take the place of [an extended multiday river trip]. If you suspect that you are manic, please consult with [your favorite rafting crew and plan a river trip] as soon as possible.
