Boycotting Democrats

Eric Dondero on Boycotting Democrats -- Daily Intel

This article is interesting to me. At first I dismissed it as just the crazy actions of a crazy person. Then I remembered just how upset normally reasonable river people on mountainbuzz can get when discussing politics. I wonder why people can't disagree without getting angry at one another. I have my thoughts, but I'd like to see what others have to say.

The bigger issue is that I feel like it is getting worse (Although it might have always been this way and the internet just magnifies the problem). Is this a new problem, or is this just the way it has always been?

Yup. This is the most intelligent response to the election yet. Sounds like a 2nd grader wrote it. "Every one ignore Jimmy, he's go cooties." It makes sense, really. This is the tactic intransigent people use. Rather than compromising or working together or even admitting they might be wrong about things, they throw a temper tantrum and play the victim. Let him have his boycott. Let all democrats around him announce their presence. It will be his self afflicted banishment from society.

That's it, I'm commencing a "personal boycott" of Eric Dondero. This shouldn't be too hard, since I've never heard of him before and he appears to be a douchenozzle, anyway. Even that mustache looks douchey and it's Movember.

No need to shit on his yard, tho...

You guys are kidding right? That read like a typical buzz thread....and you're buying it? You really think he's serious???? Yeah, obviously pissed off about the results...but pretty obvious he's playing a game.

To be fair....has anyone considered what might have happened if MR was elected??? I'd be willing to bet my left nut there would be riots and much stronger words being tossed from the left.

Hell, I was worried that the Mayan's were going to be right....maybe they still are....

Considering that Bush lost the popular vote and won the electoral and there weren't riots, I'm going with just the strong words. When Bush won a second time and there were no riots, I'm still going with strong words. The OP's link is clearly farcical. Some of the "revolution" rhetoric I'm hearing is just plain stooooopid. You'd think we were in Stalinist Russia or Rwanda.
