Boating, Blondes and Bear Spray

A little shameless self-promotion, but I've been told it's actually a good read.

Good story. A few details are wrong, but I enjoyed it and it reminded me of trips recently where i was able to reconnect with and old friend.

Details
Pot Creek Camps are after you've run Disaster.
To call anything in Lodore a class 4 at 1400 is embellishing a lot.
Picture of Bocce game is at Rippling 2. Limestone has a steep landing and no beach. That is not to say some great games of kamikaze bocce havent been played through camp.
Haven't seen black flies in Dino but have run through some gangs of saber-toothed deer flies and the occasional lost horse fly.

But again, even with a few minor misses on the details, I enjoyed the story.

All probably true.

I am disappointed in myself for getting the name of our first campsite wrong. Not quite sure how I got those backward.
My editor did change the order of photos, however, so those do not fully line up.
I may have embellished the ratings just a little... umm, creative license?
And I have not spent nearly enough time considering the correct sub-specifies of man-eating insects.

Thanks for keeping me honest!
