PFD Left Behind on Rio Grande at Pilar

We ran County Line Memorial Day morning. While waiting to help us shuttle, Peg Hume ran into an older gentleman with an accent who had given a ride to a couple who had been canoeing -- but their dog jumped into the river and they gave chase, leaving behind in his car a very nice PFD. There is no name on it.

If this is your PFD, please reply with a description of the PFD to claim it.
