It's an old-school boat designed by Corran Addison. Pretty long boat with a flat back deck. Huge scorpion on the stern. Total classic boat. Could go in the whitewater hall of fame.

Boats that old should be given away to someone who will paddle them.

I'd tell the guy that you will come by and remove it for free. You will be doing him a favor if it is taking up space in his garage. If it is out in his yard then don't drop it because it will shatter from 15 years of UV damage.

It is a cool boat to behold for its historical value so maybe a 12-pack (not worth a full case) of beer?

Always thought it was a bad a$$ looking boat, especially for some river running/attaining. I'll give it a spin and see if the guy is firm on his price or not....that if I fit in it lol.

Might be worth more if it had the Stainless End Caps. Those were Savage! 12 pack is a good offer. 50 bucks tops to keep around for a high water day when only a 10+ boat will do.

Almost lost an eye from a Scorpion doing a rogue squirt next to me… That thing was cutting edge back in the day.

$200 is a laugh. For years I was trying to get rid of my Riot Slice which Corran designed several years after the Scorpion. It wouldn't even move at $50, same goes for my Prijon Samarai. If you pay more than $50 bucks for a plastic boat that old, you are a sucker. if you do buy it, good luck keeping that beaver-tail upright! LOL

If I had a huge garage, I would love to collect all those old boats from yester-year and take them all down the river at least once annually. That is what I have resorted to doing with all my old tupperware.
