I just got a Villain this summer, and I had already purchased the NRS drylander skirt last year. thankfully it works great. Xl tunnel, XL cockpit. its always a little tight until it gets really wet and stretches a little.
Two things I do to make it easier: I always soak the skirt for aminute prior to hopping in the boat, and also secure the rear half of the skirt to the boat before cinching down the backband cleats fully. its a little tricky, but i have to lean back to get the rear of the skirt on successfully by myself.
NRS gear is top notch IMO, and they also make large stern Float bags. its also around ~$100 for the skirt, so pretty cheap. I also like the look of Bomber gears stuff.
Hope this helps!! :]
