anyone have any experience with this in harder water?Looks like it would handle anything. Presumably its self bailing.

It does alright

Jimm, I have a 8'6" version of the ATV and it's a hoot. It's been on smaller class II and last year it made it down the Main Salmon in Idaho at 0' on the gauge, still decent size water though for a small inflatable. It is a self-bailer. It seems to plow through waves rather than ride over them like standard shaped IK's. It's something to consider if you're looking for a new craft and want something a bit different.
