snapdragon: EXP vs TREK

Hey all, I don't have any experience with either of these models, so I'm not too sure...

Looking for a starter skirt for my GF, and am wondering what the difference is between these two models? If both would suffice, i'd prefer the Trek to keep her starting out costs lower. I know the EXP is W.W, but would the trek work?

She won't be running big water or drops, i'm not concerned about it imploding.. gonna be lighter river running, and playboating.

Any input = appreciated

The trek is a great choice for a beginner, I have used them for years in my classes. They are easy to get on/off and are easy to kick out of too if the wearer panics and forgets to pull the loop when then flip.

Yep. The trek is great. EXP is reinforced so might last a little bit longer but all the Snap Dragon skirts are quality so if you take care of them they will last awhile. Make sure you get not only the right tube size but also the right deck size for the boat she'll be using and lastly, don't use it in the pool if you can help it and if you do make sure you rinse it thoroughly! The chlorine will weaken the stitching and the only time I have seen Snap Dragon skirts is from using them in the pool without rinsing them and then the stitching on the rand going out.

haha, it was going to be used in the pool all winter! We're just starting our indoors next week. I'm well aware of washing it thoroughly.....

It's hard finding stuff her size (XS tunnel), so used it out of the question....
But I figured the trek is the cheapest good skirt, even though it'll be used in the pool / outdoors next year, she NEEDS a skirt regardless...
