Shoutout to Sweet customer service!

I bought a Sweet full face rocker from steep and cheap. On arrival I noticed that the slot on the visor that lets it slide up and down and get tightened down by the hand screw was broken. One end of it was broken so the visor could pivot up too high. I found the broken part in the box so I assumed it broke during shipping.

I contacted Sweet and they immediately sent me a brand new visor, no questions asked. The old one is technically still usable, but I was bummed the part was broken. So thanks Sweet for being so awesome!

Backcountry would've also replaced.... within 30 days of purchase. They used to have an unlimited warranty, but I think that was cutting into their bottom line.

So would steep and cheap, if they had any left in stock. Since I got one of the last remaining in stock, they no longer had any in inventory.

Lack of inventory makes sense why you couldn't go thru them. Also Backcountry owns SAC.

Sweet Pro customer service is, well, sweet

Had an Intergalactic Dry Suit in Gunmetal blue with a warranty issue. Sent suit back to NA rep in Truckee, CA and two, yes, 2, days later, a brand new 2016 red Intergalactic suit arrived in Wyoming from SWEDEN. Maybe the Starbursts I sent in with my suit were that good or maybe Sweet's customer service is just that damn good? Premium treatment for a premium product.
