Remix 69 or 79 feedback requested

Creek boat (Riot magnum 80) busted, probably not repairable. Don't do much creeking so looking at a river runner. Mostly class II and III, no steep stuff. I am 5' 11'', 175, middle of paddler weight for the 69, low end for the 79.

You get a little more performance in the middle, and a little more flotation at the top. Depends which way you want to shave it.

I would go 79. I'm almost 20# less than you and thought the larger one performed fine. I don't know how much difference it will really make in II-III, but the larger volume will be generally more forgiving and mitigate and some of the backender tendency of the Remix.
