Palm vs Kokatat cust service?

looking to buy a drysuit for the chica...

it comes to Palm Element w/drop&socks ($400) vs
Kokatat Meridian w/drop&socks ($689)

So w/ the kokatat suit I and many of the drop it like its hot crew have we can send it in to them and they fix the pinholes, replace gaskets, etc...and for seriously CHEAP. In fact I have never heard of it being over $60.

How about Palm...are there similar stories? Can you just send your suit in? Where do you send it, the EU? Do they water fill it and fix the pinholes as well as the gaskets? What is your typical bill?

In my experience it would be hard to find a company with better customer service and support than Kokatat.

cooljerk, I know kokatat is badass. I am asking about palm.

In your experience...does palm throw down on the pinholes or what? How? For how much?

Palm rivals kokatat's customer service. They will definitely fix things like pinholes and normal wear and tear for free.

I beat the hell out of my palm and sent it pack to them to fix some pinholes. When they looked at it they called me and told me they didn't like how it was holding up and sent me a brand new one for free.

Christian, where did you have to send it to? I read about 5 years ago it was impossible to get in touch with them, I trust that has changed. I also know that they are like our kokatat in the EU-everybody over there says just what you said.

thanks buddy...
