Maravia floor

Anyone ever had their older maravia's floor seams taped (as they come standard now) and then urethane coated by the people at maravia? I'm considering having it done...

I think spider or someone else on this forum had that done this spring.

Must-do for an older Maravia. I sorta wish I'd have kept my old 16' Maravia and had that done. Floor leak was annoying and a big part of why I sold it.

I had my floor re done this year. Taped seams and fixed the other abuse holes. No re coating though. Call and talk to Kyle in repair. Cost me like 230 with shipping, new lace and a repair kit with glue and patch material for two boats.

did that dramatically add life to the floors on your two boats then?

My bIg boat is patch free. I would say it fixed my floor on the little boat. They do a great job and don't see it needing any further repairs.

They did it for me a few years ago. Kyle and company do great work. I still ended up with a new floor last year but it added five years or so to the old one. My boat she is not new and I have a thousand low water MF miles in the last ten years so I am hard on floors. Not intentionally of course.

They urethaned or painted over it all around the fold on the edge of the floor. Twas a beautiful thing.
