looking for drypants with tunnel . . .

What's with the new drypants coming with a weak neoprene interface at the waist. I want a pair with a tunnel that mates with the tunnel on your drytop.

Is anyone still making these?

Kokatat Whirlpool Bibs

Agreed on the waist issue with some pants...
Have you seen the Kokatat Whirlpool bibs? They fold into any dry top...
The TROPOS version is under $200 and still water proof, and full GORE TEX is pretty spendy...but GORE TEX...

I've used the kokatat bibs for a few years, they create a totally dry system when done properly. I did a SW Rescue class using them, I swam a lot and stayed completely dry. They take a little more time to put on and get off than a one piece dry suit, but not bad.
My one complaint was the lack of relief tipper, which can be added for a reasonable fee if you contact kokatat.

This is my second season using the Kokatat bibs with a drytop and they're a nice alternative to a drysuit. I like the option to leave the bibs in the gear bag on nice days and when doing short local runs. The relief zipper is a nice alternative. You can also add on Goretex socks with a custom order.
