Looking for a LL Airhead bow foam pillar

I scored a great deal on a liquid logic airhead but it is missing the bow foam pillar. Does anyone have one laying around or any ideas on how I could mold one from a template? I called LL and they said they don't even have the template there to cut a new one, so I thought I'd try my luck here. Any ideas would help. Thanks.

Sounds like a trick question. Does the airhead even have a bow pillar? Most playboats do not have a foam pillar, and I dont see why you would really need one in a playboat anyhow.

I don't use one in my skip! They did come stock. But you could order the foam you need from NRS or Kayakoutfitting dot com. Use card board to get outline and hacksaw to cut foam. easy to do job???

Just mock up a template using cardboard and trace onto the foam. Hardest part would be the template.

If you're asking for ideas; a cheap, quick and easy solution is a block of Styrofoam from hardware store and insulating foam in the can to glue it in. But for the template I would still make some crafting project out of cardboard.
To fine tune the shape of the foam, you can use a sander or ultimate tool - edge grinder. Do it in your bedroom, it is really easy to clean the mess from it.
